Exchange 2010 OWA
I have a user that cannot see, nor access, their personal contacts, while in OWA 2010. However, in Outlook 2003, everything appears fine. Some emails, will often disappear, while in OWA, but they appear in Outlook 2003. So, Exchange 2010 is a little new to me and I understand that this may be a quick fix, but at the moment I am stumped. I am used to Exchange 2003/2007. Is their a way that OWA 2010 will allow this user to see all of their contacts, emails, calendar, etc. I checked the OWA settings in EMC/EMS and everything is enabled. This user needs to work from home and I will be onsite to check her email settings, in Outlook. I greatly appreciate your help,

its possible browser problem try other browser see if still the same

I tried a different browser and fortunately I was able to reboot the entire server. This is the only user that cannot view any of her contacts, some of her emails, etc. I will be onsite today and get more information.

just do the following , go to IIS then application pool , right click on OWA application pool then recycle , then restart IIS and try

This was a corrupt user profile that I found out by troubleshooting Exchange 2010 OWA
did you try restarting IIS?
