Inside of the EMC you can create a Distribution Group such as all@mail.com
Then add the people (kk@mail.com, cc@mail.com, etc) as members of the distribution group.  Any mail sent to all@mail.com will be delivered to each member in the group.

In the EMC expand Recipient Configuration, click on Distribution Group, and then New Distribution Group to start the wizard.

Thank you for your help but the emails didnt go to anybody in the group until I went in the properties of the distribution group MailFlow Settings/Message Delivery Restrictions and I unchecked the "Require that all senders are authenticated"

oh, missed that.  since you brought that up.  If you need to allow external people to send to that group (maybe something like a sales@mail.com group) then you need to accept message All senders.
