IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO Blue Screen

When loading a machine with a new hard drive I get the following error on a blue screen about half way through the installation. IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO Any ideas of a fix?

please try to update drivers and then give a try.

That error is usually driver related. Please provide more information about the PC, hard disk, and XP media being used.

I've seen older SoundBlaster audio cards & driver combinations cause that.  If there's a SoundBlaster, remove or disable it and see if you can install without the bluescreen.

After Replacing the hard drive on the machine again it turned out to be a bad hard drive causing the blue screen. I replicated the same error on a different machine using the same hard drive.

Needed time to replicate issue on another machine. After Replacing the hard drive on the machine again it turned out to be a bad hard drive causing the blue screen. I replicated the same error on a different machine using the same hard drive.
