bootable USB Drive

I would like to create my own Super boot "CD or .. USB drive I assume making an ass out of, well just myself here :) that i would need to have an autorun.bat file in the root? I just want to run dos then have ghost in one folder, clonezilla in another, and a few other folders likely that i can use cmd to get to after boot?

I guess my question is, and forgive me its been a while since i used dos and cmd prompt it will come back to me, just a matter of talking it through - where do i start what would i need?

Uber fast response, but my question is not auto running from the OS but booting from a usb drive to get to cmd prompt to run ghost, clonezilla, or any other number of apps to fix or scan systems. not from within the OS but to boot to the usb drive and access other directories on the usb and run said programs??

You can use WinSetupFromUSB to create a booting USB stick with different tools on it, like UBCD, PartedMagic (which includes CloneZilla), ubcd4win (for which you could include the BartPE plugin of ghost, etc. It uses a multiboot menu which you can edit if you want to add your own tools. But you could also adapt the UBCD and include ghost there, just check the UBCD site for details on how to add your own apps:

waiting on my 32 gig usb drive, but i might install ubuntu to that one i would likely then use a 16 giger for DOSBOOT
