C#: window form with repeater control

Hi,

I've a window form; I would like to use Repeater control. In this control, I will be having three columns
1. City1 dropdown
2. City2 dropdown
3. Salary text box

I need to give option to user to add at run time row and by default; there will be one row only. User can add N number of rows and for business persepective; it should be 10.

So,

1. once user clicks on "Add" button then another row should be created with aforesaid controls.
2. I need to give delete option from repeater control so that user can delete any row
3. Once, user enter 10 rows for e.g. then I need to send all rows values in database with delimited values at column and row level.

Can any one assist on it with code?
