User married, but name not updating in global address book

I've changed the users name in Active Directory and it updates everyone but in the Exchange Global Address book.  I rebooted the 2k3 mail server last night but same issue.

Is there a quick easy for this issue?

It needs to reset on it's own, in a day or two it should be changed in the GAL

If more than 24 hours has passed and the change is still not visible, try refreshing the GAL through Tools > Send/Rec > Download  address book

Update your RUS service and also rebuild the offlince address book

Since a users account properties has a few different name attributes, did you update all of them? I think there is 2 or 3 places where a name could be different but right-clicking the user account in active directory and selecting rename would update all of them.

Perfect!  I just downloaded the GAL and it worked like a charm.  Glad to know I didn't have to revist the server again.
