Since a users account properties has a few different name attributes, did you update all of them? I think there is 2 or 3 places where a name could be different but right-clicking the user account in active directory and selecting rename would update all of them.

Perfect! &nbsp;I just downloaded the GAL and it worked like a charm. &nbsp;Glad to know I didn't have to revist the server again. &nbsp;<br />

I've changed the users name in Active Directory and it updates everyone but in the Exchange Global Address book. &nbsp;I rebooted the 2k3 mail server last night but same issue.<br />
