Server Error in Application

Hello Folks,

I have a website at a hosting company in which I keep receiving an error on a page. I changed the Web Config to have the following line: <customErrors mode="Off"/>  but it just gives the same old error (Server Error in application artinvolutions) and I really need to know what is the actual error.
This particular page that is erroring out works fine on my test website at the same hosting company, the only difference is that is a sub-domain on the website and on my test website, it isn't a sub-domain.
How can I get the page to display the actual error etc???

The problem was with the web hosting platform...it was platform on LInux instead of WIndows!
Thank you for trying to help. The link was very informative.
