Check if AD accounts has not been logged into for 3 months, regarding VPN Logins

Hi,
We have an old Radius server that will be going off line soon used for VPN access. It is a Windows 2000 Server and all accounts were created on the 2000 AD platform.
I need to do an audit on how to check if an account/login has not be used for 3 months, so i can disable the acccounts. (I have over 500 accounts)
Any ideas how i would do this? Let me know if you need anymore info

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
