New User in BES Express

We had a user get a new blackberry so we are tying to add him to our BES Express. We created the new user but there is no PIN associated with that user so he is not able to use his Blackberry for emails and such. My questions is as follows: How do I add a PIN to that user account in BES Express Thank You!

you should be able to click on generate a activation email on the lower left . Under device activation.


Does this send an email to the Blackberry for the user to click a link to make it communicate with the BES server?
yes it does.
it will give the pin number and then you  go to active and enter the info. the server will do the rest.
