Exchange 2010 Inhouse vs Hosted

Hi, we are moving to an Exchange 2010 environment - but we are deciding on if we want to have it inhouse manage it by ourselves OR get it hosted at an external hosting company
we have 150 users over 4 geographical offices 3 in Canada and 1 in the U.S.

any ideas or recommendations or pros/cons to each?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are lots of article on this. Both have their own pros /cons if look as financial then hosted is good but if look for security reasons in house is good.
