sending email from iphone to appear in mac outlook 2011
I have a user that has an iphone, the 4S and mac office 2011. When he sends an email from the iphone, for some reason, it doesn't appear in his sent items on his computer, how can I get it to show on his computer when he sends it from his iphone. The account is an exchange account, on exchange 2007 with SP2.

Sync services with Outlook 2011 and mobile devices, or even iCal, is pretty buggy at best. Are there other sync issues experienced with Outlook and their iPhone or iCal? Is it only the sent post that is not syncing, showing up, in Outlook?

I asked the user these questions, so I'll find out, as it's the VP and I don't have his phone. I have sent him the request with your questions.

The user is sitll on snow leopard.
Understood - I have also seen the same type of strange behavior in Snow Leopard where the issue was resolved by creating a new user profile (don´t ask me why, but it worked). Create a new user profile to test, it is pretty quick and painless.
Good Luck :)

Actually, this is what the problem is, I was mistaken on my original post.
"When I answer a email with my iPhone, there is no designation displayed on my laptop that I have replied to the email. When I reply on my laptop, there is a little icon which tells me I have replied to the email. "

to make it easier to understand, I have attached a picture and have circled what I am referrring to.
For example, if the user replies to an email from his phone, in mac outlook 2011, the email does not show an arrow that it was already replied to. How do I get that to take place?

Apparently it's a feature that the iphone does not support yet.
