I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello,

insert a text box and enter the text.
Select the text box
Click the Animations ribbon and select "Add Animation"
Scroll down to "Motion Paths" and select "Custom Path"
Draw the path of the animation with the pencil tool, finish with a double click.

Set the desired animation options for starting the animation.

See attached files. One created in PPT 2003, the other one in PPT 2010. I don't have 2007, but the functionality will be there.

cheers, teylyn
