Multiple users accessing the same Exchange accounts - Possible Issues?

Will multiple people accessing the same exchange account at the same time, sending mail, and viewing mails, cause hanging or connection issues in Outlook/Word?

Client has Personal Assistants that have access to everyone elses Exchange profiles, and they're constantly exiting and opening various Exchange mailboxes, sometimes the same one at the same time.

What are the issues that would arise from this. Disconnects, slowness, hanging perhaps?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Should be ok as long as their not trying to open too many mailboxes at any time, you would run into rpc connection limits.

you need to assign full  access to mailbox  , go to EMC , right click on the mailbox -> manage full access permission -> add the user you want  to assign access -> manage.
on outlook go to the user1 who want to see the user2 mailbox , go to his account settings -> more settings -> advance -> on mailboxes add the mailbox alias for user2 for example "john" or "john.alan"

no issue will raise , i am using it normally because each mailbox have his own ost file
good luck

we have the Personal Assistants loaded with every Exchange Mailbox as individual Profiles on their "Mail". So in effect, every time these users open up another profile to view, it would have to resync the OST file. Now you have 3 people opening the same exchange profile, and the server has to resync all 3 on the same profile. Would that not cause issues?

I am leaning toward a fix of implementing Delegation for these users. No idea why this was setup this way before by this other company.
