Need a sql script to know when was a content database / site collection accessed...
We have sql 2005, moss 2007 farm.

that's not stored in sql unless you're using forms based authentication.  if you're not using forms based authentication, you'll want to enable logging in IIS and parse those logs for the access info.

if you use Microsoft's log parser, it will pull the IIS log info to SQL, and then you can query from there.
