Time Server Issue, (I think)
I am having a problem with times on our network. It is an AD network, virtual environment. I recently reset the clocks and everything has been fine. The power went out and the servers ended up going down. The power was restored and everything came up fine but now the clocks are all back to where they were before I reset them last week. Our time clocks are connected to the network so you can imagine how 200 employees react to a 4 minute change in the clocks. Any suggestions?
have you manually set a time server under DHCP server options?

I am new here. I am not sure what they have done before I arrived. I was told which server was the time server but I do not know how to verify it.

How do I disable the synchronization between the VM and the physical host?
Hi again,
If it's about VMware, then in the VM guest system you must click on the VMware tools icon in the notification bar (right bottow of th screen). There's a checkbox here that you should uncheck.
About Hyper-V, as far as I remember (I have no Hyper-V under my eyes at this time), it's in the VM properties on the Hyper-V console.
