"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i already read this article but this is applied when there is meeting.suppose I need to book a laptop to take it outside the company or even reserving a outlook how i will do that ?should i select it under resources or where?

as you know when we send a meeting request we have 3 options in the address list either we select it under To or under optional or resources?

how this will be under what?

The process to create and book is the same as a conference room except you are choosing the equipment radio button. You are essentially creating a mailbox\calendar for each device.. to book it you would choose the new mailbox on the resources field in Outlook.
