I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I use and recommend MagicDisc - free, creates virtual CD-ROM / DVD-ROM drives and can create images in multiple formats FROM an existing CD/DVD.

Similar to what others above me posted,

Most CD buring softwares have the ability to create and burn ISO files.  If you have this type of software already, just drop in the source CD and create your ISO (image) file.  Then, burn this ISO to a new disc.

Daemon Tools can be useful.
Very flexible and quite powerful - you need to buy it to get full features, though worth it.
Magic ISO is ok, though it is limited in full functionality compared to Daemon Tools - Magic can be tricky when troubleshooting problems.
