Looking for a stand-alone tool to run scheduled Internet speed test

I am looking for a software utility that will perform automatic scheduled test of a client’s Internet upload/download speeds, I will be installing it on a Windows 2008 Server.

I am not looking for a tool that monitors the server's network card traffic usage.
I am not looking for a tool that monitors the ports on a network switch or the router’s network activity.
I am not looking to monitor employee Internet usage.

I need a stand-alone tool that performs scheduled automatic Internet download and upload speed tests and saves the results to a log that contains the speed test data with the time and date.

Anyone know of a desktop tool that can do this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
