Computer was off or in stanby/hibernation?
ASKER
OFF
Well..the computer does not boot up to locked profiles. It hibernates or stand-bys to a locked profile. Most users dont know the difference, so just have her hold the power button down until it clicks and shuts down or pull the power cord. On reboot it will come up as normal.

OK I will get back with you with the out come.

I had her turn off the PC and it booted up and then went straight to sleep/hibernation. Any reason as to why its doing that?

Tchase99 was right from the first response. When I went over there, the customers wireless keyboard and mouse was not working. That was the reason she could mot log on. I had to pull out the usb connection from the back of the PC and reconnect the keyboard and mouse to the wireless infrared connection. I really don't know what to call that connect box. Anyway i was in and out in 15 minutes.
