I had posted this back on 12/14/10; however it was deleted due to inactive. I am updating this since I know the fix. Sorry for the delay for those that may have been looking into this prior to this.

Getting following errors when managers of a Distribution List try to modify members via Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007 clients "Changes to the distribution List membership could not be saved. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object".

I am able to to add the members fine within AD. I do have the box "Manager can update membership list" checked. Tried unchecking on this adding myself as Manager, using Outlook 2007 get the same thing. I have tried to create the Distribution List again, same issue.

The Distribution Group is in the same tree as the user. Currently running Windows 2008 Enterprise SP2, with Exchange Server 2007 SP3. Have a cluster (CCR). Have total of 4 child domains.

Any help would be appreciated -
Thank you
