PDF jobs not printing to printer

PDF being printed from Foxit Phantom to a brand new HP P3015P printer. I get my seperator page, but the pdf pages are all blank. Any ideas at all on what the issue is? Printing it to a different printer works fine.

This could be a driver issue. Are you using a PCL driver or a PS driver for the printer? I would try updating the driver / firmware if necessary and make sure it's up to date. Are all PDFs having problems printing? CAn you print other office docs just fine?

Try selecting "Print as image" from the Advanced button in the print dialogue box. Failing that, try the PostScript driver from the link given by l33tf0b.

PCL, latest driver and yes, just PDFs

Sorry, my post above is a touch misleading.Thepritner is an HP P3015

Try using PS drivers. Are you using pcl 6 drivers currently?

Yes, we are using the PCL 6 as recommended by HP.

Try using an older version of adobe i have had the same problem and when i installed an older version of adobe and a new version of the driver it printed

We installed the PS driver, but never changed the drive associated with the printer and that seems to have fixed things. Thanks
