Excluding records in a query

I have a table of 'orders' in which has a field 'customer_nbr'.

I have a table called tbl_excluded_customers which also has the field 'customer_nbr'.

I would like to run a query against orders and pull out all the orders where the customer number is not one of the customers in the exclude table.

How do I do that correctly?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use this as your criteria on the customer_nbr field

Not in (select customer_nbr from tbl_excluded_numbers )
