Raid drives upgrade

Hi there;
I have a windows 2008 Std. server installed on a Dell PE 2950 server running exchange 2010 server. i have a total of two arrays on it, both mirrors. My first array contains the OS, the second contains exchange databases.
The first array consists of 2x 146Gb SAs 10k disks.So here where i need your help.
I would like to replace the first array disks with 2x146Gb 15k drives and this is what i'm planning to do; through Dell system manager.
1.Offline disk1
2.blink disk1
3.remove it and replace it with the new 15K disk

here the system should rebuild the array. wait 24 hours and repeat the same procedure on Disk 0

Is this a good plan?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You plan it perfect but remember when you insert the 15K drive in place of 10K drive the lowest speed of mirror would be operating speed i.e the 15K disk would still work on 10 K until both drives are of 15K.
