its possible there is corruption of database , read this and follow it :

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;318429

as summery :

1) First run chkdsk on Exchange database drive and make the there are no files system corruption issue.
--In case if you found errors then take the complte backup of drive then run chkdsk /r to repaire the ile system errors
2) Once the files system issues is resolved ,then move to Exchange database repaire
3)Take the backup of exchange database and then run eseutil /p (Hard Repaire ) and eseutil /d (offline Defarge ) and last isinteg -s "serverName" -fix -test alltests

good luck

Hello,

the log file clearly indicate that the only thing failing is system state back with is accepted as you are trying to take system state backup on a network drive,

the exchange back completed but with warning, to resolve this we require to dig a bit deeper to know which part is giving warning.

as to resolve the error try taking system state back on the local drive and then copy the SystemState.bkf once it is done.
