Is it possible to set up a shared Outlook 2010 archive folder file that will be accessed by two instances of Outlook 2010 at the same time?

I have a user who runs Outlook 2010 on both her local Windows 7 computer and within a Server 2008 R2 remote desktop session.

Outlook 2010 running on both the local Windows 7 computer and within the Server 2008 R2 remote desktop sessions are both constantly running and being accessed at the same time. Furthermore, Outlook 2010 on both the local and remote desktop sessions are both being periodically closed and then reopened.

So is it possible to Is it to set up a shared Outlook 2010 archive folder file that will be accessed by both instances of Outlook 2010 at the same time?

I would like to be able to put this Archive.pst file on the server, which will be shared so Outlook on that the local computer can access it as well.

I have already tried to set this up, but the problem that I run into is that there is always one instance of Outlook which is unable to access the Archive.pst folder.

Is it possible to do this?

If so, please provide me with the exact steps.
