Exchange 2007 event viewer error

My 2007 exchange server running on Windows 2003 x 64 has been running fine from day 1, however, I see in the event viewer that every 15 minutes it has 2 errors and a warning.  I don't see it affecting my production currently, but I would like to clear these errors:

right off hand it appears the ID of the exchange server can't be verified (by the SID error). I tried to look up the error link but found nothing (true microsoft style).  Is this a GC server?

Its not a DC.  It is exchange 2007 not 2010.  I haven't rebooted it in a while and I plan on doing a reboot over the weekend for some other stuff as well, so we'll see what happens after a reboot.

Has Powershell sent you back into the Stone Age?

If managing Active Directory using Windows Powershell® is making you feel like you stepped back in time, you are not alone.  For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why.

I know I made my 2007 a DC; don't know if that matters at all but I think not since it's been working.  Have your verified that all applicable services are running?

Its not required to have an exchange box a DC and for security reasons I don't want it to be.  All services are running.

FYI - I rebooted the server over the weekend and the errors are gone ever since.
