If I enter <a href="http://www.rewardsandmore.compaypal/ipn_sandbox.aspx" rel="ugc">http://www.rewardsandmore.compaypal/ipn_sandbox.aspx</a>&nbsp;for the IPN Handler URL, I get the error:<br />

&quot;IPN delivery failed. Unable to connect to the specified URL. Please verify the URL and try again.&quot;<br />

If I use just the domain name for the IP Handler URL <a href="http://www.rewardsandmore.com" rel="ugc">http://www.rewardsandmore.com</a>, then I don't get an error message. &nbsp;<br />

I'm confused. &nbsp;Can someone explain this?

If I enter http://www.rewardsandmore.compaypal/ipn_sandbox.aspx for the IPN Handler URL, I get the error:

If I use just the domain name for the IP Handler URL http://www.rewardsandmore.com, then I don't get an error message.  

I'm confused.  Can someone explain this?
