Visio in SharePoint mouse-over tooltip

Dear Experts,

Is use SharePoint 2010 to view (using Visio services) a Visio 2010 web drawing. I'd like to use Tooltips/Screentips here. When I add a screentip in Visio, it works fine in visio, however when viewing in SharePoint the screentip doesn't show.

Is it possible to show it on mouse-over?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is your Visio drawing data driven? Or is it dynamically getting updated?

If not, consider exporting (save as) your visio drawing out as HTML and uploading it to a SharePoint Document Library. The mouse overs should work in that scenario.
