SBS 2008 New Build, distribution list will sometimes reject reply's

I have a new SBS 2008 Server build, a specific distribution list will not allow a reply from time to time, the email is only 7KB in size with no attachments.  I can email the distribution list from an external email address and it delivers just fine.  I have tried disabling the "Cashed exchange mode" on the outlook client, and made sure the spelling is all correct.  Below is the rejection string.

Is the reply-to e-mail address included in the distribution list? You could try setting the DL to accept messages from all senders to see if that resolves the issue.

The email was already setup to receive from outside senders.

I restarted the Exchange Store and removed and re-added the distribution list.  The error has not re-occured.
