opening files in zipped file

my client is unable to open 4 logo files that were emailed to her in a zipped file.  I have a mac.  She has a pc.  The email program I used to send zipped file is called Mail.  She said she can open zipped file but cannot put out the individual files.  She can only see one file with 4 logos.  Any idea why that would be happening?  I tried to email her the files individually but they get embedded in the email copy and she can't get to them that way either.  I even send as windows friendly and it doesn't work.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try putting them in a  folder and zipping the whole folder.

What format are the image files?  What file extension?  I have one mac user that sends me files that have some extension that is unknown on Windows and I have to have her send them as JPEGs.

try using ipackr (free from appstore) to create the zip file.
if you have, try sending with a different email client.
files bigger than 10-15 are not recommended for emails.
finally make sure she open the file with a reliable software (usually windows 7 doing a great job, winrar as well).

Good luck!

The files are super small. They are 4 logos.  Two at 4kb, two at 12kb.  So, size isn't a factor.  I will see if she can open them.  Will have to wait till Monday.  I don't have any other email software other than a free yahoo account which I think would be worse than what i am trying to use now.  will keep you posted.
