This is a DNS issue.  If you type the IP address in the browser instead of the domain name does the sure come up?

You need to publish the host name in DNS somewhere you (and anyone else you want) can find it.  So if this is an internal-only site, you could publish the hostname in your local DNS server.  If this is something you want people to find via the Internet, you'll need to publish the host name in a public DNS server.
