I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The row for 9 shows things that are not in the column for 9. That's all I see. If you want to simplify it, just remove the matrix under the diagonal like in your other example.

And graphs with arrows are called directed graphs, not direct. You only use them if it makes sense for the edges to go only one direction (like one-way streets).
