do you already have members in the DAG cluster?
could it be a port getting blocked?

are the servers on the same subnet?
Jessie Gill, CISSPTechnical ArchitectCommented:
Make sure all servers going into the DAG are on the same subnet.

Can you provide screens of your DAG setup and Dag network setup
am230089Author Commented:
One DAG member is already added without any issue but still 4 i have to add
All  server are in same subnet.
right now no Port issue  all ports are open .
have you setup an ip for your DAG cluster? Also have you configured a FQDN for it in your DNS Server? Might be a good idea to also add a reverse pointer.

No Still the Same issue
is the server you trying to add in the same domain as the existing DAG server? According to this PAQ you cant have a DAG with servers in different subdomains in a forest

am230089Author Commented:
Yes,This is same domain. , Even i am not able to remove the existing member.....
am230089Author Commented:
i think your problem is due to Primary Active Manager. and This error is occuring because the server that is designated as the Primary Active Manager does not have it’s replication service running (and therefore the Active Manager is not running).
To fix this error:

1.Start the replication service on the machine that is designated as the Primary Active Manager (preferred).
2.Move the cluster core resources to another DAG member (promoting that server to the Primary Active Manager.  (Least preferred since it does not address why the replication service is stopped on a running DAG member).
