"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello,

To properly troubleshoot this printer I would like to know if you see any LED's blinking?
Check what color they are and how many times it flashes.

Without this information, it could be anything.

Reseating the printer cartridges, printhead or ink waste bucket etc or even replacing the same.

The first thing I would do though is clear the spooler on the computer completely, take the power plug out of the printer and after, say 10 seconds, replug it.

Your advice was not used.  By the time you answered post it was too late.  I had to rely on other sites for information.

SO if you would have answered sooner...
