Problem with output from networked HP4600

We have an HP4600 on our network. We also have a Cyrstal Reports form with a border stored on the server. This form is accessed by 3 different computers. Two of the computers print the form correctly however the third computer cuts the border off and the font size is slightly larger. PS: the Print Preview looks correct though.

I have compared the printer preferences and the settings in the program that prints the report and they are identical on all 3 computers. Any ideas as to why the font would be bigger when sent from this one computer? All 3 are running WindowsXP SP3.

Verify that all 3 are using the same print driver.

They are. I even deleted it from the XP machine and remapped it from the server.

Next I would make sure that the computer that isn't printing correctly has the same font(s) installed that the other two have.

I made sure they both had the same fonts. Still cuts off the border on the right. The fonts look the same just slightly larger on the one with the border cut off.

Do a google search:   crystal reports prints different on same printer different computers

Look at the No Stress Tech Guide to Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio ... - Google Books Result link for information that may help.

I would put the link here but since it is a google book result the link is very long.

Sounds like it could be the problem. I will have our Cyrstal Reports person check the form and make sure the Margins are set in the report and not using the default printers margins.
