SCCM 2007 Collection Query Issues

I am experiencing two issues with PCs not showing up in certain collections in SCCM.

1)      Custom-ProgramCopy-PCs collection only has JID-UPS processing the query properly. All other PCs are not updating in the collection and the query does not appear to be working properly.

Here is the query I am using for this Collection:

select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client
from SMS_R_System
where SMS_R_System.Name like
("IF-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like"MSTN-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "SC-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "JID-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "SP-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "WY-AR%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "QNCY-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "MKTO-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "NC-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "HTX-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "JFL-%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "HVA-%")

2)      Custom-HTX collection has no PCs with the Custom-HTX naming convention are processing properly. Additionally all Pcs named HTX-% aren’t showing up in the all systems collection.

Here is the query I am using for this Collection:

SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System
where SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name like "HTX-%"

Could anyone help provide some guidance on how to properly troubleshoot these two queries from A-Z?

Thanks!

Query I use for searching on Host names is as follows:

select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.Name like "dt%"

or as a multiple choice

select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where
(SMS_R_System.Name like "dt%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "bt%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "at%" or
SMS_R_System.Name like "lt%")

"Additionally all Pcs named HTX-% aren’t showing up in the all systems collection."

If they are not in the all systems collection then they are NOT in SCCM. Are you SURE that the sccm client is installed on all the HTX-% machines AND pointing to the correct SITE AND not firewalled out?

I would do a manual install of the sccm client on one of those machines and see if it apears in sccm then.
