Run reports for list of perimeters

I want to run a existing report for a list of perimeters. My current report requires a perimeter (warehouse) I want to list all the warehouses in the report so I have to run only one report.
Just not sure how to do it
Thanks

What version of Crystl?

I assume you really mean PARAMETER
Are you trying to show the values when prompted?
If so if you have versioin10 or before you can add the vlues in the parameter screen.

If you have CR XI or later you can set the parameter to be dynamic and set it to use the field for its values.

I currently have a drop down menu to select the parameter, what I want to do is have a list within the report or a multiple check box to run the report for each parameter.

warehouse 1
warehouse 2
warehouse 5

I don't want to run the report for every warehouse some are inactive

Thanks George
You can set the parameter to accept multiple values then run the report with more than one value

Is there a field that indicates active/inactive?

If so you could use it to select only active warehouses.

I want each warehouse report to run separately.
I am thinking of a list similar to a "do while statement"
parameter = warehouse 1
do report
parameter = warehouse 2
do report

currently I have to run each report separately, this would save a lot of time
I hope I am explaining this correctly
Thanks
George

I think the direction I will pursue is run the report by multiple  warehouses and then group by warehouse
I will have to think on this a little
Thanks
