How to Install Windows Vista From USB?
Dear Experts,
My DVD get damaged, it is not working, now i need to format my system, i copied OS from DVD to USB,
Kindly provide me the procedure to make my USB as bootable and how to install the OS with USB.
(I Know How to Install With CD/DVD)

fyi, i am using windows 32 bit, the procedure which u posted is applicable for windows 32 bit?

Yes - the procedure is the same - as it says You can only create a 32-bit Vista USB key from within a 32-bit OS
i suppose you are doing it for a laptop? why not just replace the dvd drive ? fast - easy - low cost solution

I did as u suggested above, but while installing i m getting the below problem
windows is unable to find a system volume that meets its criteia for installation.
Kindly provide me the solution, to resolve this

is replacing the dvd drive not an option ?

for your information i am using Dell studio laptop.
meaning what ? you can replace it easily - 1 screw to remove it...

Did you enable legacy usb in your bios and choose usb as first boot option,then when install is complete change boot order in bios to hdd.
