Yes - the procedure is the same - as it says You can only create a 32-bit Vista USB key from within a 32-bit OS

i suppose you are doing it for a laptop? &nbsp; why not just replace the dvd drive ? &nbsp; fast - easy - low cost solution

Did you enable legacy usb in your bios and choose usb as first boot option,then when install is complete change boot order in bios to hdd.
