allow dns request from internet

i do a intodns test for my domain but my server doesnt respond

named.conf
controls {
      inet 127.0.0.1 port 953 allow { 127.0.0.1; }; //keys { rndc-key; };
      };
server 192.168.1.9 {
      };

does i have to change something to allow internet dns request

Are you certain named is running?  Is it listening on the interface that is either your public IP or the interface for your public NAT'd IP?  Which OS are you running?  What does the rest of your named.conf have?  If you have includes you can run 'named-checkconf -p' to get a conf output with all includes.

Also is your firewall open for incoming queries via port 53 from the internet?

Basically we need much more info to accurately answer your question.
