How to apply managed custom folder in exchange server 2010?

I go to exchange console -->Organization config-->mailbox-->managed custom folder.I created a folder here,now how I apply this folder to all users or specific users?

After creating the folders you need to create policy for it and the apply the policy

yes you have done all the steps correctly but need to do one more step. Open up EMC  navigate to Server Configuration then Select your mailbox server go to property and Select Messaging Records Management tab Choose Use Custom schedule and click on customize click on all and then ok. wait for some time then check.

its depends on your requirement you want to apply it on single user or multiple user but you must need to setup schedule to apply it

I am not familiar with commands ,If I setup the schedule ,how to  apply to a single user or multiple user?
