Exchange 2010 - Autodiscover not working

On one of our Exchange deployments we found out that Autodiscover isn't working.
certificate exists and valid, ports 80,443 are opened.
I've tried to figure out the reason with https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com and found out the following issue:

      An error message was returned from the Autodiscover service
XML response:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Autodiscover xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/responseschema/2006">
<Error Time="01:18:31.3191359">
<Message>System.ApplicationException: Unable to determine destination Autodiscover URL for domain 'autodiscover.mydomain.com' at AutodiscoverRedirectHandler.Handler.ProcessRequest(HttpContext context)</Message>
<DebugData />

Can you assist on this please?

Autodiscover is not configured, as simple as that.
In Outlook, press Ctrl + rightclick Outlook in system tray, choose "Test Email auto-configuration"
Give your email address and tick only "Use autodiscover" and run test.
It should display your OOF, OAB, etc, etc if autodiscover is configured correctly.

If not, please refer the following articles to configure it

Fixed, it was an issue with the DNS.
