Connect Remote users through Cisco VPN

I would like to know how this can be layed out:
I need remote users to connect to the Network using Cisco VPN, they should use 2 factor authentication; RSA token and Active Directory authentication.
The cisco vpn will be set up on a Cisco Router.
how can this be setup, and configured ??

When I get to Group Authorization, I don't understand the purpose of it.
can someone clear this up ?

On the client side, the user will have to enter the hroup name and password.
is it something we need to provide to each user? since if they are in the same group they will be able to enter the same password.

What about user name and password as shown in figure 4, how is this configured on the router
