DFS Replication on Server 2008 R2

Hi

I have dfs replication setup between two server 2008 R2 servers over a vpn.

There are eight folders each with its own membership settings. All settings are identical.

For some reason one folder out of the eight is not replicatiing.  I have checked the others and they are almost instantaneous.

The one that isnt is probably the largest.

There is not anything particularly helpful in the event logs or at least as far as i can see.

Please help.

thanks

Have you run the Propagation test, Propagation report and Health reports in the DFS management console? If not, please post the results.

I am getting the following error.

This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder SHDATA.
  Affected replicated folders: SHDATA
Description: This member is waiting for initial replication for replicated folder SHDATA and is not currently participating in replication. This delay can occur because the member is waiting for the DFS Replication service to retrieve replication settings from Active Directory Domain Services. After the member detects that it is part of replication group, the member will begin initial replication.

This folder has replicated in the past though.
Hi,
Try installing the latest Hotfix for the servers from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968429

Hope this helps !!!
