Error while Installing Gsoap

Dear Experts,
I am installing Gsoap for developing a Web Service.
I am using Centos 5.5.
I installed openssl flex byacc
But I got Error while run : make

-ly library is used by programs using Bison-generated parsers.
You can download rpm for bison develop package and you will get this library.
Well search your vendor pages for a file named liby. Because that is missed by the linker as
you can see with the -ly
Small addition it seems this liby has to do with yacc.
