Using the Find & Replace window, in the Find type Alt + 0010 using the number pad.

The cursor will disappear but no character will appear.

In the replace box, leave blank.

Thanks

Use function Clean(Column)
It will remove all non-printing (including new line) characters from cells

go to "Search&Replace", in "Search" cell hold Alt and type 010 on numeric keyboard and hit "Replace all"

Or in VBA

Select the whole sheet and then run the following

Selection.Replace chr(13)," "

It will replace all charactor 13's (Carriage returns) with a space.  For no space just put "" rather than " "

Can you upload a sample file? Maybe it is a different character putting the line feed in.

Just put the following in a module

Public Sub ClearSpaces()

Selection.Replace chr(13),""

End Sub

Select the cells you wish to run this on or Ctl + A to select the whole sheet

Then just go to the Macro Editor (Ctrl + F11) and click on the run icon or press F5
