.Net repair

I am having an issue with SQL Server CLR.

The last comment on the forum http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/p/1974/6065.aspx suggesst suggest repairing Microsoft .Net 2.

I am using Windows 7.
When I navigate to Add/Remove Programs I can not see any mention of .Net 2.
What should i be looking for?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I can not see what I am supposed to repair.
