.Net repair

I am having an issue with SQL Server CLR.

The last comment on the forum http://community.sharpdevelop.net/forums/p/1974/6065.aspx suggesst suggest repairing Microsoft .Net 2.

I am using Windows 7.
When I navigate to Add/Remove Programs I can not see any mention of .Net 2.
What should i be looking for?

I can not see what I am supposed to repair.

I know that I have latter version of .net, may 3 or 4.

which version of Visual Studio have you used to create your DLL? and which framework version are you targeting?
