asp.net 4.0 and wcf

Hi experts, I am about to start the new .net project.
I will use ASP.net 4.0 and WCF Technologies.
I want to keep core functionality of the project inside WCF Service hosted on windows server 2008 service application  and
use ASP.net 4.0 Web Application which talks with this wcf service for user interface,
Can you provide me some suggestion, know how, profession, clear documantation and sample code for this.
Thanks...

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For WCF, I found webcasts from Aaron Skonnard very useful. If you are completely new to WCF, you should watch the webcasts at this link:

The videos are listed under "Introductory Videos".
