About disclaim text

Hello, could you please help me to look at the web page attached?
I don't know how to generate such sort of disclaim text. Because from code, I did find any text there.
 <div style="border: solid 1px black; width:500px;text-align:left;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto; font-size: 0.6em; margin-top: 25px; padding: 10px;">
        <asp:Label runat="server" ID="lblDisclaimerText"></asp:Label>

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you creating this , or was it provided by someone else, it seems that the text comes from a Code Behind file. It should be extension .cs or  .vb depending on the language of your page.

then  look for

lblDisclaimerText.Text = " The text is here"
