Corrupt Message Detected

I've been noticing this error message come up for one of our clients in their Outlook profile.  I gave them a new a profile and thought it would go away but it kept coming back.  The only place it seems to be is in the "Sent" folder.
Has anyone seen anything like this and know how I can fix it?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Usually points to a corrupt mailbox. If only one user is seeing this, try moving that mailbox on the Exchange server to a different database within Exchange. You can even move it back if you like. If there are more users seeing this error you might need to run an offline scan and defrag of the entire Exchange database.

Thanks for the suggestion, it'll be hard doing an offline scan and defrag but I think that's the only option at this point.  I'll let you know how it goes.
