powershell run a command with PS derived Variables

How do I ge tit so that powershell 2 runs the following command:
c:\skunk\recon.vbs /FromDate=$Dayminus7 /ToDate=$Dayminus6

I've already got the format stored correctly in the variable so that it will work. I just cant seem to find how to get PS to run a command with variables in it.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are are trying to execute this command from within Powershell this should work:
PS > . C:\skunk\recon.vbs $DateMinus7 $DayMinus6
